EARTH-BASED, SOMATIC, TRAUMA-INFORMED PRACTICES
Helping you integrate the gifts of your psychedelic and plant medicine journeys into everyday life to fuel deep healing and change.
You’re coming out of a medicine journey, having just touched something deep, something real.
Maybe you got a taste of the transformation you’ve been seeking for so long.
But you have no idea what to do with it.
And before you know it, you’re back at the 9-to-5, going through all the same motions. And the psychedelic experience feels like a dream slipping away.
Daily life feels both boring and too much. You’re thinking:
Now what?
What do I do with myself?
Oh, and the rest of my life?
You know exactly what you’re working through: a painful childhood, deep grief, a harsh inner critic. Maybe you find yourself turning to addictive patterns, seeking comfort in places that ultimately leave you empty.
Your psychedelic journey may have offered a glimpse of something different: a way of being where you’re not defined by your past or your suffering; a place where feeling good doesn’t feel wrong.
But turning that glimpse into reality?
That’s where the real work begins.
It’s completely understandable if you’re feeling disoriented after a psychedelic journey. The sheer intensity and vastness of what you experienced is a lot to process.
So remember: you don’t have to do this alone. We’re not meant to.
HERE’S THE THING.
Our modern Western culture isn’t designed to support the kind of profound experience you just had.
As a society, we’re so detached and disconnected from nature’s cycles, from our own consciousness, that there’s a lack of support available to integrate these powerful experiences into our daily lives.
There’s a real gap between the deep, cosmic consciousness you may have encountered and the reality of living here, needing to work, go to school, take care of family, relationships, jobs – all the everyday stuff.
It’s natural to feel overwhelmed by this.
If you’ve had a medicine journey, whether recently or years ago, and you’re wondering, “What now?”
This space is for you.
Psychedelic Integration Therapy is a space where you don’t have to translate your experience or worry about “making sense.”
You can trust that I understand the terrain you’re coming from – and how difficult it is to describe what happens there.
The things you usually hold back because it’s “too much” or “people won’t get it” – I welcome you to bring it here.
Bring grief, fears, joys, and the big life questions that keep you up at night. All of it is welcome.
I’m Lissa, a psychedelic therapist and fellow traveler in life.
I’m here to help you:
honor the significance of what you experienced, saw, and lived through
bring the gifts back from these experiences
live into your life with more connection and clarity
make decisions that align with the greater good
You don’t have to stay floating in the ether, forever wondering “What now?”
This is a space where you can make real, powerful shifts in your life.
Even if that shift is simply learning to accept what is, more deeply.
This is a space to explore yourself and your connection to the greater whole.
This is not about spiritual bypassing. It’s about grounding your experience, bringing it back to earth, back to this moment, in direct conversation with your life.
I’ll support you in being present with what is, whatever that may be. We’ll share in the understanding that there’s a lifetime of learning – and that’s what medicine offers.
Together, we’ll approach the things that feel difficult to face – fears, internalized beliefs, the parts of yourself you struggle to love.
In the presence of a skilled ally, it is possible to transform and move through these experiences until they aren’t so painful anymore – until they become their own medicine.
In the parts of you that hold the most pain, there are openings for care to come in.
We’ll explore what it’s like to deeply care and be cared for. It doesn’t have to be scary in the way it’s been before – in fact, it can even feel liberating.
I want to help you lead a rich and beautiful life, whatever that looks like for you.
Whenever you’re ready, I’m here.
We’re likely a great fit if…
You’re seeking a deeper understanding of yourself
You contemplate the big questions about life, death, purpose, and spirituality
Medicine and ceremony are part of your ongoing life practice, and you want to be with someone who understands this
You value a grounded approach to integration, avoiding spiritual bypassing
You understand that psychedelic journeys can catalyze significant shifts in mind, body, and spirit, and you’re ready to integrate these experiences – with the support of a skilled ally
Whatever psychedelic, plant medicine, or state of consciousness you have experienced, there’s a path toward wellness.
With guidance and allyship, you can bring the gifts back from these experiences, living fully and in connection with the greater whole.
